Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you face any issues, please review the policy below:

Returns:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at care@itsuuluxury.com with unboxing video and images.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:

• Once your return is approved and the product is received back, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used products.

• Personalized or custom-made items.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Post-shipping, cancellations won’t be entertained.
